Professional and unobtrusive

….Abbey Video Productions Munster’s Leading Wedding Videographer. We are a family run business I (Joe) film, and my wife Breda uses her Creative editing skills to make your ordinary wedding video into a film that you will… (as they say) to have & to hold and enjoy for many years to come.

Over the years we have built up a reputation and have been complimented on both our professional and unobtrusive approach at weddings. A regular comment we hear is “we hardly noticed you all day “. Our “fly on the wall approach” means no bright lights and no moving around in the church during the ceremony. A typical day’s filming will begin as your guests arrive and we will capture the smiles, the laughter and the tender moments of your marriage ceremony, then the greeting outside the church door, some of photographs being taken, the well performed speeches, the beautiful cake, the first dance, and your guests enjoying the evening’s entertainment. Your wedding DVD will end with a selection of highlights set to music and will be beautifully presented in a customised box.

This day was spent in Crookstown Co. Kildare, one of the better summer days we got in June. From here we travelled on to beautiful Rathsallagh Country House in Co Wicklow.Best of luck to them both

What a great day Marie and Conor had for their wedding in August this year in the exclusive Killashee House Hotel. The rain held off to allow some beautiful photos and video footage to be captured. Best of luck to them both.

We had a great time filming our weddings this summer, Some sunny days and some not so sunny, well it’s Ireland after all. We have travelled to Kilkenny ( yes i know ! they beat us in the hurling ……… but we will be back next year !! also Waterford, Wexford, Carlow, Wicklow, Limerick Cork, Dublin, o yea and of course all round the Premier County.

We have filmed some great people getting (hitched). Each wedding is as special to us as it is to the Bride & Groom, we have a great old laugh on the day, making both the B&G and their guests relaxed with us ,we get a great sense of achievement when we view the finished product. All wedding films are different, different people, different locations, and we come across some of Ireland’s top bands and true professional photographers with whom we have a great relationship with and work as a team on the day.

One of best complements I have heard over & over is ” we hardly saw you all day !
